The TESSY V3.0 distribution medium includes:

The Tessy V2.9 distribution medium includes:
- Tessy & CTE software
- Tessy-related documents from Hitex (white papers, application notes, FAQs, articles, testimonials, etc.)
- Gnu compiler for ARM
- HiTOP for ARM
You may also download only parts of the Tessy distribution medium, e.g. only the Tessy & CTE software or only the FLS stand-alone installation.
The Tessy & CTE software is suitable for evaluation and product update. An evaluation license key can be requested over the web after the installation of the software. HowTo.pdf describes how to request an evaluation license for Tessy and how to make the best use of it.
License keys for Tessy V2.9 and earlier are not valid for TESSY V3.0.
