C166 Architecture Overview
|< back

Infineon's C166 family is a very popular 16-bit microcontroller architecture. It offers a wide range of devices with various peripherals like an A/D converter, CAN interface and serial interfaces. Typical applications are in the automotive, industrial and computer peripherals areas.

More information about the C166 microcontrollers can be found at the Infineon home page.

Hitex provides a modular family of debugging tools for this controller architecture which is already prepared to support new upcoming devices. Our tool concept provides easy upgrade options from entry-level debuggers to high-end in-circuit emulators with unrivalled functionality.

Debug solutions for Infineon's enhanced C166S V2 architecture are also available. View the details here!
