DTrace is a plug-in module for the DProbe167 and DProbeST10 emulators. It provides trace memory and is available in sizes of 64 k and 128 k sampling memories.

• DP167-TRA-1: Trace module with 64 k trace frames
• DP167-TRA-2: Trace module with 128 k trace frames

Adding a DTrace module enhances DProbe with the following features:

• Real-time trace recording of all bondout busses and control signals (144 channels)
• 2 complex events for breakpoints, trace triggers and trace qualifiers
• 2 stage sequencer logic (if ... then ... else ...)
• 48-bit timestamps with 50 ns resolution
• Trace/trigger on register accesses

Recorded trace data may be displayed in various formats, such as Source (HLL) Trace, Execution Trace Disassembly and Signal (Waveform) Trace.
