ICSI was incorporated in 1990 in the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, with design, manufacture, and sales of a wide range of high performance CMOS ICs as its core businesses. Its main products include SRAM, DRAM, Non-Volatile Memories (NVM), Microcontrollers and System on Chip (SoC) devices. These products are used mainly in personal computers, peripherals, industrial controls and communications devices.
