DPLPTHIF HIF: interface for LPT port of a PC

The DPLPTHIF interface provides connectivity between a DProbe / DBox and the parallel port (LPT) of a PC.

Due to the slower data transfer rate, this interface is only recommended if it's not possible to use one of the various HIF card types.
