M68HC08 is a family of low-cost, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs). All MCUs in the family use the enhanced M68HC08 central processor unit (CPU08) and are available with a variety of modules, memory sizes and types, and package types. The modules include timers, PWM, I/Os, serial communication interfaces (SPI, SCI), AD converters and CAN interfaces. The memory sizes are up to 60 k Flash, 32 k EPROM, 2 k RAM and 512 Bytes EEPROM.
