ST10 Architecture Overview
|< back

STMicroelectronics’ ST10 family is a 16-bit microcontroller architecture, which is binary compatible to Infineon's C166 family. It offers a wide range of devices with various peripherals and in particular offers derivatives with on-chip flash memory. Typical applications are in the automotive, industrial and computer peripheral areas.

More information about ST10 microcontrollers can be found at the STMicroelectronics home page.

Hitex provides a modular family of debugging tools for this controller architecture, which is already prepared to support new upcoming devices. Our tool concept provides easy upgrade options from entry-level debuggers to high-end in-circuit emulators with unrivalled functionality.

The DProbeST10 supports ST10F269, ST10F276, ST10F280, ST10F271, ST10F272 and ST10F273
