TriCore Architecture Overview
|< back | brochure >|

TriCore is a single core 32-bit MCU DSP architecture from Infineon, optimized for real-time embedded systems. TriCore combines the real-time capabilities of microcontrollers, computational power of DSPs, and the price/performance benefits of RISC load-store architectures. TriCore applications are found in the areas of automotive, industrial and computer peripherals.

For more information about TriCore, please visit the Infineon web page.

Hitex provides a modular family of debugging tools for this controller architecture which is already prepared to support new upcoming devices.

NEW! Tanto TriCore supports the new microcontroller for industrial applications TC1130 and TC1796.
