USB-to-JTAG/Serial Wire (SW) debug interface for ARM® Cortex™-M microcontroller supports all run-control debug facilities like breakpoints, data watchpoints, single-step, register and memory view.

  • JTAG and Serial Wire debug interface supports target voltages from 1.8 - 5.0 V  and clocks up to 30 MHz
