Self-Test Libraries for TRAVEO II

AUTOSAR specifies Self-Test Libraries to fulfill functional safety goals. For the TRAVEO™ microcontroller family comprehensive selftest libraries are avialable offering these features:

  • Self-Test Libraries are defined for CORE, FLASH and RAM
  • STL support “foreground mode” and “background mode”
    In “Foreground Mode” the complete test is executed at once, for example at start up.
    In “Background Mode” execution is distributed over several times slots intermittently with other task
