Head of Production, Systems and Operations

We are looking for a new colleague for the strategic and operational management of our production. You live a high quality standard and continuously strive for improvements? Do you enjoy developing production further and supporting corresponding projects? Then we should get to know each other.

Your future role as Head of Production, Systems and Operations (f/m/d)*:

• Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the production area of embedded systems
• Time-, quality-, and cost-appropriate implementation of all development projects
• As product manager EMS you have a feeling for new manufacturing services and embedded products
• You are the technical contact person for all questions concerning the projects
• Implementation of occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines as well as import and export guidelines
• You report directly to the management
• As a member of the management team, you will help define the company's future strategy

Do you like to prove your negotiating skills (also on an international level) and do you immediately recognize economic contexts? Customer satisfaction is important to you and competent advice is part of your job? Then you are the right person for us!

What you should bring with you:

• Completed master craftsman or technician training or, alternatively, completed technical studies, such as production engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Several years of experience in the EMS manufacturing environment, such as order control and order preparation
• Knowledge of semiconductor components and passive devices
• First management experience, e.g. in shift or production management
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
