The DProbeXC is the high-end support for the XC166 family. It is a fully functional in-circuit emulator of handheld size, based on the Emulation Device which ensures unlimited debugging of the complete controller functionality.

TantinoXC is USB powered and connected. TantinoXC supports all OCDS features. The sophisticated hardware design is the basis for the outstanding performance. In addition, special features, such as support of interrupts during halted emulation, facilitate the debugging work. Internal and external FLASH modules are programmable with TantinoXC.

EDP16x

The EDP allows microcontrollers and IO devices to communicate through a standardised interface. To some extent this interface is analogous to PC104 or STE busses where a connector pinout is defined that allows the interconnection of address and data-bus connected devices. Such busses tend to include only power line, data and address busses plus control signals such as chipselects and interrupt request lines.
