The use of this debug cell together with the intelligent communication converter included in the JProbeXC, provide high speed download rates and easy usage of the debug equipment. The JProbeXC supports all existing derivatives like the XC161CJ and the XC164CS at full speed. Features like automatic Flash programming, selective debug priorities and detailed view of all peripherals make the JProbeXC to an invaluable tool for your daily development work - even in single-chip applications ! To adapt the JProbeXC to your target application, you will only need to include the debug connector in your hardware. Overview The new derivatives XC161CJ, XC164CS and XC167CI - which are based on the C166S V2 architecture - include either on-chip Flash or ROM memory, and provide an intelligent selection of on-chip peripherals like CAN, A/D converters and PWM modules. Typical applications are in the automotive areas like electrical power steering, intelligent head lamp control or multi phase drive control.
