Senior Project Leader Embedded Systems*

To strengthen our project management and support our strategic growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Leader for this newly created position as soon as possible. Do you enjoy diverse customer projects and technical challenges? Then we look forward to meeting you.

Your future role as Senior Project Leader Embedded Systems (f/m/d)*:

• Project responsibility from kick-off to lessons learned according to the V-model
• Identify innovations and technical trends from the projects and derive ideas for Hitex products.
• Optimize our development process and drive standardization in the company
• Monitor the technical implementation within the specified quality and deadlines
• Support the sales department in project acquisition (clarification of technical details, estimation of effort)
• You will report directly to the department manager

This is what we expect from you:

• Proven experience in managing embedded systems/software projects
• Solid knowledge of a functional safety standard (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar)
• Experience in applying and maintaining a quality management system
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
