Develop motor control easily, simply and safely

After extremely successful events on the Arm-Cortex-M™ microcontroller and the Infineon AURIX™ microcontroller family, the Hitex Knowledge Lab is going into the next round: again free of charge, again accessible online from anywhere, again with the most competent partners on the topic and again using the example of an embedded project from practice.

Together with experts from EBV, Escrypt, HighTec, Infineon, MOTEON and Hitex we will dive into the world of intelligent and safe motor control, more precisely into motor management with an Infineon TRAVEO™ II microcontroller.

 

As a real example for the knowledge lab, we use the TRAVEO Elektra Multi-Motor Evalkit kit. This addresses modern application challenges with sophisticated motor control solutions from Infineon.

Integrated solutions are increasingly used in modern temperature control systems for battery-electric vehicles.
With a combination of Traveo II and the MOTIXTM product family, a multi-BLDC motor inverter is realised in our example. Specifically, such a system addresses two BLDC pumps and further actuators, such as flaps, valves, etc.. The four independent SPI modules of the TRAVEO II microcontrollers enable fail-safe operation of the actuators.
