Building a safe and secure embedded world

The BARR specifications as a guideline for programming style

Lecture from Hitex at the Software Quality Days on 25 May, 2 pm

The participants will be introduced to the BARR-C:2018 Embedded C Coding Standard (history, intention, handling of deviations, classification of the specifications). Using examples, they will learn specifically about the programming style specifications. At home, they can compare the BARR guidelines with their (hopefully) own guidelines and possibly adapt BARR guidelines. If no guidelines exist yet, BARR offers a good starting point.
