For the first time, we present the Safety Manager SafeTpack for AURIX™, the basis for a fast safety certification in accordance with ISO 26262 or IEC 61508. It ensures functional safety by providing safety features. For example, it manages the complex LBIST and other security features of AURIX and provides additional safety features.
