The Hitex Motor Control Knowledge Lab 2025 is your opportunity to learn about Infineon's PSOC Control microcontroller family designed for advanced motor control applications.
Infineon's latest innovation, the PSOC Control, is a cutting-edge microcontroller (MCU) family specifically designed for motor control applications. At its core, the PSOC Control features a high-performance, real-time control Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, which enables advanced motor control capabilities. This MCU family integrates a range of sophisticated real-time control peripherals, allowing designers to significantly enhance the performance of their next-generation motor control products.
The PSOC Knowledge Lab 2025 showcases all the features of the microcontroller family and valuable tips and instructions. In compact presentation slots of just under 15 minutes the experts from Infineon, EBV, MOTEON and Hitex bring together everything you need to know!

Part 1 of the Hitex Motor Control Knowledge Lab 2025 welcomes you and introduces the topic with three lectures from EBV focussing on the topic of engines, PSOC and trends in the field of motor control.
The second part focuses on software and security development: Infineon's ModusToolbox™, the EU's Cyber Resilience Act, Arm TrustZone for security and available software components for PSOC developers.
The third part shows you two test systems with two test devices that simplify testing and ensure high-quality test results.
Selection of the right motor for the planned application and a compact introduction to the PSOC C3M motor control microcontroller with Canberk Sezer, Digital Motor Control Software Field Application Engineer at EBV
Motor and controller selected?! Now we would like to find out what options and trends there are when designing the application - we have a specialist here for that too: with Sergio Piovella is a Field Application Engineer specialized in Power Electronics at EBV
A compact but detailed introduction to the tool suite - this provides an interface for configuring and monitoring various motor control parameters for supported boards and kits for PSOC™ Control C3, XMC7000, XMC1000, IMD700 and 6EDL71x1. With Panagiotis Venardos, Senior Product Manager for Microcontroller at Infineon Technologies.
With the Cyber Resilience Act proposed in September 2022, the EU Commission has taken a major step towards strengthening cyber security in the European market. The presentation will show you how this regulation poses new challenges for companies in the EU. With Roland Bickel, Head of Marketing at Hitex.
TrustZone technology for Arm Cortex-M processors enables robust levels of protection at all cost points for IoT devices. The technology reduces the potential for attack by isolating the critical security firmware, assets and private information from the rest of the application - explained by Eranyan Ravanan, FAE at Hitex.
Software packages offered by Infineon and tool support including an overview about licensing models available from Hitex, with Michael Weiß, Senior Account Manager Embedded Solutions at Hitex
MOTEON offering engineering services for motor control applications: from software, engineering to testing and tools, as the TraceBox and the Mobile Motor Test Bench, with Veit Zöppig, CTO at MOTEON.
miniHIL is a compact complete solution consisting of the miniHIL hardware board and a software platform for environment simulations and test cases - presentation and live demo with Suwetha Sankar, Hitex.
