TRAVEO II Flash EEPROM Emulation

The FEE interfaces to TRAVEO™ II MCAL FLS and offers the following features:

• Abstracts from the physical Flash’s segmentation and addressing scheme
• Provides a virtual addressing and segmentation scheme
• Provides a “virtually” unlimited number of erase cycles (Calculation Tool included)
• Compact memory foot-print (<26KB main Flash)
• Virtual page sizes 4 Byte
• Robust against power down
• Several value add functions for work flash analysis or recovery of the contamination between old and new configuration
• Flexible configuration options, including the option to prioritize data retention over number of erase cycles or vice versa for parts of the data
