Project Leader Embedded Systems*

As a Project Leader Embedded Systems (f/m/d) at Hitex, you will take responsibility for technically challenging and varied projects. You will accompany them from initial acquisition to successful completion. Together with our customers and your team, you will develop products that set standards in terms of quality, functional safety, and innovation.

Your role as Project Leader Embedded Systems (f/m/d)*:

• Supporting the sales department in acquiring new projects, including clarifying technical details and providing realistic cost estimates.
• Managing projects in accordance with the V-model. You will accompany projects from kick-off to final analysis, ensuring the highest standards of quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget.
• Managing the technical implementation in your team. You will ensure that all project goals are achieved efficiently.
• Continuous development of our development process. You will actively contribute your ideas for standardization and process improvement.
• Representing Hitex as a technical expert for functional safety in the embedded environment and contributing to the further expansion of our market position.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders in the project environment.
• Work closely with division management and actively contribute to the joint success of the project.

This is what we expect from you:

• Several years of experience in managing embedded systems or embedded software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of functional safety, for example in accordance with ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or similar standards.
• Experience in quality management, especially in the introduction and maintenance of QM systems.
• Technical expertise in relevant technologies, especially C programming, ideally also TriCore, ARM, RISC-V, or comparable.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong leadership skills, team spirit, and a high level of quality awareness.
