As a subsidiary of Infineon Technologies, Hitex works in close collaboration with the Infineon Cyber Defense Center (CDC), a dedicated team within Infineon's Cyber Security organization tasked with ensuring the security of Infineon infrastructure. The CDC monitors the current cyber threat landscape both internally and externally, advising the corporate IT organization and business functions—including Hitex—to improve enterprise IT security and cyber and information security.
The Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) are seasoned security experts from across Infineon divisions that manages security issues related to Infineon and Hitex products. This team serves as the central contact point for security researchers, industry groups, business partners, and other third parties to report potential product-related security vulnerabilities. Through this collaboration, Hitex ensures appropriate response to identified security issues, with the PSIRT maintaining communication between all involved parties, both internal and external.
