Hitex GmbH is hosting its first Knowledge Lab dedicated to RISC-V. On November 26, 2026, leading technology experts from Infineon, HighTec, PLS, and Hitex will provide insights into the RISC-V architecture, its ecosystem, and its growing importance for safety-critical embedded applications. An increasing number of companies are evaluating RISC-V for their next generation of products. The Knowledge Lab provides practical answers on migration strategies, available development tools, and the implementation of safety and security requirements.
"RISC-V is establishing itself as a flexible and open alternative for safety-critical embedded applications, ranging from software-defined vehicles to edge AI systems," explains Jörg Stender, Managing Director of Hitex. "With the RISC-V Knowledge Lab, we will demonstrate practical migration approaches, present available development tools, and show how to successfully address safety and security requirements on RISC-V-based platforms."
